New gastronomic project in Poland (Katowice), with different restaurant points in a unique environment. From a multi-concept space to a gastronomic restaurant, lounge & Bar and a JazzBar or a rooftop.
Develop and plan menus and daily specials together with the Executive Chef.
Manage food and labour costs.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
Manage kitchen staff, providing training and development as needed.
Work closely with the hospitality and leisure department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in the selection of food and kitchen supplies.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

Requisitos mínimos
A successful Executive Sous Chef should have:
A degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Extensive experience in a high-volume and high-end kitchens but as well experience in gastronomic restaurants.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
A creative flair and a passion for food.
Knowledge of food cost controls and menu planning.
