As a Global Senior Manager in Talent Management, you will lead the design and implementation of our career framework, the foundation for how we grow, develop, and move talent across the organization. You will build career pathways, define promotion criteria, and shape mobility strategies that support employee development and business agility. This role is key to embedding a performance-driven, future-ready workforce by connecting career growth with business strategy. You'll also play a central role in activating our future workforce strategy, ensuring talent practices are fit for evolving market demands and internal ambitions.
Global Senior Talent Manager will be responsible for:
- Design End-to-End Career Journeys: Create career progression pathways across functions, levels, and geographies, connecting individual growth with business capability needs.
- Build and Maintain the Global Career Framework: Design and manage a scalable, globally aligned career framework-including role families, levels, and success profiles-that guide internal development, promotion, and mobility.
- Define and Align Promotion Standards: Develop transparent, fair promotion criteria that reflect business expectations and are embedded across career stages and geographies.
- Drive Global Talent Mobility Solutions: Develop and deploy frameworks, tools, and guidelines to enable internal mobility-cross-functional, cross-market, vertical, and project-based.
- Activate a Visible Talent Marketplace: Build and promote a structured approach to showcasing internal opportunities and surfacing talent, encouraging employees to proactively manage their careers.
- Shape the Future Workforce and Success Model: Contribute to defining future workforce needs and develop a success model that reflects emerging skills, evolving roles, and leadership expectations.
- Collaborate Across the Talent Ecosystem: Partner with P&C stakeholders, business leaders, and COEs to ensure alignment and integration of career and mobility practices.
- Measure, Improve, and Scale: Define key success metrics (e.g., internal fill rate, promotion velocity, career satisfaction). Use insights to iterate and enhance frameworks, tools, and employee experience.
