Multinational consultancy company is looking to a Health & Safety Advisor to implement and support the management of HSQE systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, and propose corrective measures for workplace risks.
Develop, review, and update risk assessments, prevention plans, preventive planning, and environmental condition assessments.
Develop and implement emergency plans, ensuring their proper execution.
Coordinate with the external prevention services (SPA) and other departments the annual medical check-ups.
Oversee the coordination of business activities with suppliers and contractors to maintain safety across all operations.
Conduct the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, abnormal events and non-conformances whilst making recommendations for corrective and preventative actions.
Ensure the proper training and designation of the emergency team.
Promote a safety culture within the company through awareness campaigns.
Design and deliver training sessions and informational workshops on occupational risk prevention for employees.
Prepare accident reports, monitor safety indicators, and recommend corrective actions.
Keep all legal and regulatory documentation on occupational risk prevention up to date.
Ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations and stay updated on legislative changes, proposing necessary adaptations.
Define CE H&S KPI's and provide regular reports on them.
Identify internal stakeholders within each office and country to standardize processes or vendors at the national or regional level.
Support local teams with training, documentation templates, audit controls, and the search and evaluation of third-party vendors.
Assist with risk assessments as needed, and when required in relation to qualification, knowledge and experience
Identify areas of improvement or remediation to ensure compliance with H&S laws.
Follow up on compliance gaps and the implementation of the corrective actions.
Liaise with statutory bodies as required or when requested.
Provide legislative updates as necessary

Requisitos mínimos
Degree in Health and safety management with a minimum of two specializations.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations.
Cross-cultural stakeholder management skills.
Experience in business contractors platforms.
Experience in international H&S environments is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
