Primary Responsibilities:

As a member of the Order to Cash team and reporting directly to the O2C Global Services Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop KPI's and reports on the different O2C streams (Collections, Billing & Compliance, Cash Allocations and other O2C processes) on management, team and individual level


• Continuously improve and propose updates on existing KPI's and reports


• Graphically design attractive and easy to understand data set representations, including introducing gaming elements


• Support management on reporting to various stakeholders


• Data Mining to support management in spotting trends and explain evolution in data

• Experience in a very multinational environment

Primary Requirements:

• Fluent in English


• Experience in O2C is an advantage


• Passionate about numbers and reporting


• Excellent level of Excel and PowerBI


• Analytical and problem solving skills


• Well-structured working attitude


• Feels comfortable working in a multi-cultural and challenging environment


• Strong communications skills
