The position is for a distribution company in the retail sector based in Barcelona.





  • Logistics Coordination: Supervise and manage logistics activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution of national and international freight transportation.

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouses and external logistics operators, ensuring efficient receipt, dispatch, classification, and storage of goods.

  • Inventory and Stock Control: Optimize inventory processes and stock control within warehouses and throughout the transfer processes to company stores.

  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

  • Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs, identify improvement areas, and implement cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

  • Order Portfolio Management: Supervise customer order portfolios, ensuring proper entry and processing while coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.

  • Customer Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer master data across internal systems, in collaboration with IT to maintain consistency on all platforms.

  • Shipping and Customer Service: Implement strategies to optimize stock and inventory, ensuring timely shipments to customers and meeting service level expectations. Oversee packing and shipping processes to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the logistics and operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment to achieve company goals.



This is a stable position with growth potential, offering variable compensation based on performance objectives. The role provides the opportunity to have a significant business impact within a highly dynamic environment.1 day home office per week




Requisitos mínimos

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics and warehouse management roles, with demonstrated experience in leading teams.

  • Industry Knowledge: Desirable background in the fashion, sports, or retail sector.

  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of transportation and customs processes and international regulations.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of Odoo (ERP) and EDI systems is a plus.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, creating a collaborative and positive work environment.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively engage with different departments and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Orientation: Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills, able to make quick, effective decisions.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
