International Machinery Manufacturing Company located in Barcelona seeks an experienced Service Manager (Responsable de SAT) to lead the Aftermarket Service Team.
Lead, support, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and schedule installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency service interventions.
Monitor and optimize service KPIs.
Work closely with sales and aftermarket teams to identify growth opportunities.
Manage service backlog and technician workload across the region.
Provide technical support on spare parts to both the Aftermarket sales team and the field technicians, helping to identify correct parts, validate replacements, and resolve technical queries.
Act as an escalation point for technical or customer-related issues.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of service activities, interventions, and customer feedback.
Travel regularly throughout Spain and Portugal to support team members and customer needs.

Requisitos mínimos
Technical degree or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial technical services, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery.
Excellent team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English.
Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal.
