• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar


• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 3 in a leadership role


• Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and AR automation tools


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
