Required for Talent Development Specialist and Trainer - Fluency in French:
- To participate actively to the deliver an engaging system learning strategy to ensure effective usage of systems at all levels of the business, maximize functionalities, more agile work processes and smart ways of working, leading to increased productivity.
- To deliver a blended learning approach using all PageGroup's technologies including various training methods:
- Digital learning
- Virtual learning sessions / Distance learning
- Live classroom training, presentations, and content delivery
- On the job learning, assessments, and checklists
- Support and follow the training strategy for every new system process and platform that is implemented into the business ensuring user engagement and readiness:
- Act as key player in establishing a blended learning journey to embed various methodologies for a compelling self-driven learning experience, high engagement, and performance of learners
- Act as a change management agent, supporting targeted groups affected by change throughout the implementation and stabilization process
- Support and drive the adoption and success of PageGroup's technologies and tools
- Translate training documentation and content and convert business content into learner-centred solutions
- Monitor completion of required system training content (onboarding, e-learning) via tracking and reporting tools
- Be the Go-to-person for several parties (operations, GPO's, Stakeholders where needed) and ensure a proper communication and message delivery in line with the Group's strategy and approach)
