We’re partnering with a Top Workplace award-winning tech outsourcing company that’s looking to onboard a dynamic and driven German-speaking Inside Sales Representative. You’ll be part of a fast-paced sales environment promoting a world-class business marketing tool across the EMEA market.
Location: Dublin (Remote, with 1 day/month in office)

Compensation: Base salary + bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing
Educate potential and current users on the product’s value and benefits
Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound and outbound leads
Leverage each stage of the sales cycle to move deals forward
Respond to inquiries and generate qualified sales appointments
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Experiment with new strategies to streamline the sales process
Manage and close leads from new and existing clients
What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent German (C1+) and strong English communication
1–2+ years of experience in sales (B2B or SaaS preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and manage a healthy pipeline
Curious, goal-driven, and process-oriented sales mindset
Experience with lead qualification, forecasting, and Salesforce (preferred)
Entrepreneurial approach and a collaborative spirit
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
