Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Manage the relationship with the external clients and internal clients.
Business Plan Definition/ Updating/Reporting.
Oversight of annual asset business plans, determining targets and priorities
Quarterly investor reporting of asset results and strategy
Ongoing Management of the Properties
Leasing and disposal management
Implementation of the ESG strategy approved for the properties.
Monitor the implement Capex and Measures included in the approved BP
Supervision of the Property Managers
Responsible of the annual reporting to the IAC PAC.

Requisitos mínimos
4+ years of proven experience in the real estate sector (Asset Management and/or Development / Technical Management) with strong logistic and/or residential asset focussed background within a similar function/role.
Financial or Technical Background preferred (Business Administration/ Economics/Architect-Engineer/)
Deep knowledge of real estate management.
Strong communication abilities (high English level - written and oral is mandatory and candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered)
Able to work in collaboration with cross-border teams and to also manage own tasks autonomously
Results oriented
Enthusiastic, proactive and Team Player (multi-tasking)
Solid financial modelling skills and methodical reporting abilities.
Proven experience in leasing management/ tenant´s relation.
Legal basic knowledge (Leasing Agreements)
Prior use of Voyanta and / or Deepki would be excellent
