  • Manage business development in the country
  • Specialize in e-Procurement Software

Supply chain management (e-procurement) software company that helps companies automate their purchasing processes, manage supplier risk data, generate reports, and reduce their environmental (carbon) impact.




* Business development:


  • Manage business development in each community to meet and exceed annual revenue targets

  • Develop a sales pipeline to ensure regular onboarding of new buyer customers with support from Head of Commercial

  • Work with the CEO on the more strategic new buyers

  • Manage business development using the MEDDIC sales methodology




* Buyer customer management and engagement:


  • Ensuring buyers customers are effectively using and engaging with our services

  • Ensuring buyers are highly satisfied with the community product offerings and the customer service we deliver

  • Management of Governance Group and other customer group meetings




* Supplier customer management and engagement:


  • Oversee the management of supplier customers to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded through onboarding of new customers or retention of existing customers

  • Management and implementation of operational policies and procedures for customer onboarding and renewals to highest quality standard

  • Maintain a high level of retention of suppliers at their annual renewal

  • Work with trade associations and other groups to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the service by suppliers




* Budget management:


  • Responsible for agreeing budget each year and managing activities to ensure budgeted buyer and supplier revenue targets are achieved

  • Manage the business to ensure financial targets are met each year




* Community development:


  • Community leadership including thought leadership on the latest trends and topics in relation to supplier management

  • Write and periodically maintain community development plans to set out the short, medium and longer term growth objectives

  • Ensure the successful rollout of the new products and services

  • Actively contribute to the overall strategy and product development roadmap as part of the product roadmap board

  • Keep up to date with regulation of relevance to the sectors where we operate and ensure that the systems are kept in line with national and state regulation




* Team management and development


  • Lead, motivate and manage a team to deliver successful customer engagement, new buyer and budget outcomes

  • Set clear objectives and measures for each employee including their personal development

  • Recruitment of a team as and when required in accordance with Group policy

  • Identify the paths of career progression for each role to nuture and develop talent

  • Implement performance management processes aligned to Group policy




* Management monitoring and reporting


  • Establish effective measures for monitoring customer engagement, satisfaction and team performance

  • Weekly reporting to the CEO

  • Active member of the Senior Management Team

  • Regular reporting to Executives, the Board and other stakeholders



* Competitive salary: €70.000 - €80.000 b/a.

* Performance related bonus: 30%

* 25 days holiday per annum.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.

  • Experience in selling e-procurement software.

  • Significant track record in operational management.

  • Proven experience of working with C-suite stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and appreciation of IT systems used by the company.

  • Numerate and able to deal with management of data to provide information to customers.

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or business, economics, finance (or equivalent) OR significant experience in demonstrating knowledge of IT systems and management of data.

  • Strong leadership skills and proven management of diverse workforce.

  • Essential: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

  • Effective communications skills and strong public speaking skills.

  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Implements actionable plans to meet goals and objectives.

  • Have a thorough understanding of ESG issues in the supply chain and the effect on the defence and financial services industries.
