??About the Role:
Manage and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in construction projects, both nationally and internationally, promoting a preventive and sustainable culture.
??Your responsibilities will be:
* Manage the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in projects.
* Develop specific HSE procedures and plans for each project.
* Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Review legal requirements for each project and promote their fulfillment.
* Conduct safety inspections/audits on projects, including occupational health and environmental checks.
* Participate in accident and incident investigations, proposing corrective measures.
* Deliver training sessions or talks on occupational health and safety and/or environmental management.
* Manage audits to obtain sustainability certifications.
Requisitos mínimos
??What we expect from you:
* Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (covering all three specialties).
* Training in environmental management.
* Degree in Technical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
* Experience managing construction projects, conducting technical site visits to renewable energy projects, delivering training sessions, and performing internal audits.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of CAE platforms.
* Effective communication skills.
* Conflict resolution skills.
* Interpersonal skills for people management.
* Willingness to travel.
