  • Experience in a similar role leading significant business critical projects
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and Release Management Processes.

Important multinational technology company with their offices based in Madrid.




Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:


  • Project Management with responsibility for the project in terms of scope and requirements, planning, risks/issues, costs, and quality.

  • Prepare and create Statement of Work, Project Initiation Documentation, detailed plan, RAID log.

  • Lead internal and external presentations, workshops and meetings and act as single point of contact for customer Programme/Project Manager.

  • Assemble and manage virtual project teams from cross functional/matrix managed departments across the Glory organisation and suppliers.

  • Responsible for generating project reports, cost tracking and change management.

  • Maintaining active communication with internal stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers often with disparate teams across the globe.

  • Continuous improvement of tools, methodologies and processes to drive quality and efficiency.




  • Salary package: 50.000 - 58.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.

  • The final offer will depend on the real experience demonstrated through the process.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree Level is desirable but not essential.

  • A recognised project management qualification such as PMI or Prince 2 is desirable but not essential.

  • Several years of experience in a similar role leading significant business critical projects.

  • Experienced in the use of Project Planning tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

  • A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel.

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Release Management Processes.

  • Strong leader with the ability to influence others and manage expectations.

  • Industry experience and cash handling equipment/process knowledge would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in Spanish and ability to communicate in English is a must.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.

  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
