- Manage and distribute program perks including company credits, badges, Exam vouchers, swag codes, meetup platform access, and event discounts. Maintain accurate documentation of all perk allocations.
- Process and respond to community program inquiries, review new applications, and maintain community directories for User Group Leaders and Community Days.
- Compile program metrics and analytics for Monthly Business Reviews, including tracking User Group membership statistics and program engagement data.
- Support daily program operations through documentation management, general administrative tasks, and maintenance of current information on program benefits and events.
- Support the planning and execution of the company and community-led events

- Strong organizational and time management skills working as PM/Project Coordinator for at least 1-2 years
