Are you passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and lead generation? At LHH Spain, were looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our public employment and training projects by boosting visibility, generating leads, and managing our digital presence.
Your Mission
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
· Develop and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, LinkedIn Ads, X/Twitter Ads) aligned with audience targeting goals.
· Manage and update website content, blog posts, landing pages and CTAs to maximize SEO and conversion.
· Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, ROI, conversion rates), applying performance-driven insights.
· Plan and execute integrated lead generation strategies across paid and organic channels.
· Collaborate with sales teams to align MQL/SQL definitions and improve funnel conversion.
Social Media & Content Strategy
· Design and implement content plans that drive brand visibility, engagement, and leads across LinkedIn and other channels.
· Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned posts using Hootsuite or similar tools.
· Monitor/a engagement and audience growth, optimizing posts based on analytics.
· Collaborate with internal design teams or agencies to produce creative assets (banners, infographics, videos, etc.).
Website & SEO Management
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain SEO-optimized pages.
· Ensure on-page SEO best practices are applied to all new and existing content.
· Propose and develop new web sections aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
CRM & Email Marketing
· Build and manage email campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce, tailored to different audience segments.
· Design automated journeys, newsletters, and drip campaigns with clear conversion goals.
· Create forms and landing pages to capture and nurture leads.
· Monitor/a open rates, click-through rates, and engagement to continuously improve performance.
Events & Brand Activation
· Support the planning and marketing of online and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, roundtables, and public programs.
· Coordinate all marketing assets and communications before, during, and after events to maximize visibility and engagement.
· Develop speaker materials, invitations, registration pages, and post-event follow-up content.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all event-related materials.
Collaboration & Asset Development
· Work with internal communications, PR, corporate branding, external agencies, and design teams to produce campaigns and materials that reflect our values and tone of voice.
· Help create best-in-class content assets that align with audience insights, campaign goals, and global brand guidelines.
· Ensure campaigns and deliverables are adapted to local market needs while maintaining brand coherence.
Requisitos mínimos
What Were Looking For
· 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing and lead generation.
· Hands-on experience with SEM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing automation.
· Experience coordinating events (virtual and in-person).
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
· Fluent English (C1 minimum).
· Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized with excellent communication skills
