Office Manager - The Office Manager will be responsible for organising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of Madrid office.Maintaining strong working relationships and working closely with the London office is key to ensure there is a consistent approach across all the offices.Some key Office Manager duties include organising of people, information and other resources including office equipment and supplies and ensuring good working relationships are made with external suppliers including maintenance and house-keeping teams.
PA - The PA provides extensive administrative and project support for the team, including detailed and complex diary management, meeting support, travel planning, event/project management. The PA manages the process for production and distribution of internal papers (agendas, minutes, actions, etc.).
