The project!

As a Payroll and Administration Intern, you will analyze and support the management of the company's various benefits from a global perspective, including insurance plans, pension schemes, company vehicles, and more.

What will the role entail?

• Research new benefits options and prepare reports on the effectiveness of existing programs.


• Help with communication about benefits


• Market Benchmarks


• Support in managing employee claims and inquiries


• Assist in organizing benefits-related presentations.


• Keep updated all the files with the actual information of each benefit

Requirements

• Degree or higher in Economics, Labour Relations, Finance or similar


• High (min. C1) English, additional languages will be highly valued.


• High Level of Excel, some experience with SAP.


• Analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
