About the Role

KERIONICS is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of People & Culture to lead our people strategy and support our rapid organizational growth. As part of the leadership team, you will shape and scale a high-performance culture that aligns with our mission and values.

You will be responsible for:

• Design and lead recruitment strategies to attract world-class, mission-aligned talent


• Build and nurture a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture


• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and people systems


• Drive performance management, learning, and leadership development


• Partner with leadership on organizational design and team growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People roles, with leadership in fast-growing environments


• Deep understanding of Spanish labour law and global HR practices


• Fluent in English and Spanish


• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, people-first approach


• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and building from the ground up
