We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for the teams in Europe and Americas. This role partners closely with local leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and build an engaging and high-performance workplace culture.





  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner to local management on all employee matters, including talent management, performance, labor relations, and compensation & benefits.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, internal movements, payroll, and offboarding.

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing and workforce planning.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments: package development, legal migration processes, coordination with relocation agents, performance support, and repatriation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and maintain reliable HR and payroll administration.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws while implementing both global and local HR policies.

  • Monitor employee satisfaction, conduct exit interviews, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Drive employee engagement and lead learning and development initiatives across the region.

  • Lead and develop a team of two HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.

  • Manage HRIS systems, ensure data accuracy, and oversee day-to-day HR administration.



Flexible working hours with two days of remote work per week.




Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree in Human Resource, Labor Relations or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 years of HR and working experience in an MNC with a diversified workforce.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and local payroll regulations across covered regions.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful, organized and detail oriented.

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships at all levels.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining efficiency and quality in work.

  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
