Develop Scalable Learning Products: Support the Product Owner Led with the development of modular learning solutions (e.g., toolkits, simulations, coaching guides, curated content) that support strategic capability areas such as Sales, Performance, and Leadership.
Ensure Personalization and Progression: Oversee creation of adaptive learning experiences that support individual growth and measurable development outcomes.
Leverage Learning Technologies: Champion the use of MyLearningHub and other digital tools to deliver personalized, data-driven learning at scale.
Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with senior stakeholders, P&C, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and co-create impactful learning strategies.
Ensure Global Relevance and Local Adaptation: Balance global consistency with local customization to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness across regions.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback, analytics, and performance data to refine learning journeys and products for maximum impact.
Standardize and Scale: Implement consistent processes and frameworks for content development and journey orchestration.
Champion a Learning Culture: Act as an advocate for continuous learning and development across the organization.

Requisitos mínimos
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on learning design, instructional design, or program management.
3+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Proven success designing and delivering blended, personalized learning experiences using a Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Proven experience in a commercial, sales-driven, or recruitment environment, ideally within a fast-paced, business-oriented company
Experience developing learning programs across multiple career stages and business functions.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, digital learning ecosystems, and performance-based design.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals and workforce needs.
Experience using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
