  1. Talent Development & Support for International Expansion



  • Identify, develop and retain high-potential talent to prepare them for key roles in future international subsidiaries.

  • Define and implement career and succession plans for strategic personnel.

  • Oversee HR setup for new branches, including organizational structure, processes, international mobility, and regulatory and cultural adaptation.



  1. Implementation of an Agile and Efficient Organization



  • Introduce an agile organizational model to foster innovation, flexibility and faster execution.

  • Drive cultural and managerial change across all business functions.



  1. HR Governance & Harmonized Policies



  • Develop and enforce consistent HR policies covering recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation and training across headquarters and subsidiaries.

  • Lead a central HR team (6 members) and coordinate local HR contacts in each subsidiary.

  • Monitor HR KPIs and performance metrics to optimize workforce management and control costs, with a focus on industrial operations.



  1. Employer Branding & Great Place to Work Certification



  • Craft and promote an employer branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice within the industry.

  • Guide the organization toward Great Place to Work certification by enhancing corporate culture and employee well-being.



  1. Contribution to Quality Policy



  • Actively support the company's quality policy, ensuring HR practices comply with ISO standards applicable to cosmetics and healthcare products.



  1. Stakeholder Interface



  • Maintain a strategic partnership with the company's ownership, aligning HR policies and initiatives with the corporate vision.

  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to support ownership-level decision-making.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of HR management experience in international environments.

  • Previous experience in industrial environments is required.

  • Proven track record in setting up and managing overseas subsidiaries and facilitating international talent mobility.

  • Expertise in agile organizational transformation and change management.

  • Strong understanding of HR financials, including labor costs, productivity metrics and training ROI.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to healthcare products.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision, results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
