Reporting to the Team Lead of this team, your main responsibilities will be:Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate information;Draft and manage employment contracts and addendum for new and existing employees;Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed correctly in the system;Manage and maintain employee data and processes in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance;Create and maintain dashboards for standardized reporting;Update and publish content to knowledge repositories to ensure employees have accessible, up-to-date resources;Promote an exceptional employee experience by providing responsive, high-quality support
Hybrid and flexible work model (2 days at the office app)
Experience of at least 2-3 years in a HR/People Advisor position similar to this one, ideally in a shared service environment working with a case management tool. Experience in HR administration and coordination of all elements of the employee life-cycle.
Prior experience with Workday is essential for this role (must).
Excellent written and spoken English, ability to work beyond the complexities of language, culture and multiple time zones and takes into consideration opinions and contributions of others.
Ability to keep track of project milestones and KPIs, respecting timelines and commitments, also to solve problems, be proactive and curious to try new perspectives and initiatives.
