Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions to meet those objectives.
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business priorities, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Execute Talent Acquisition practices to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees and their integration into the company culture.
Performance Management:
Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems and continuous feedback processes.
Validate goals, specially from the managers, to support Leaders in guarantying the properly connection to business goals and needs.
Analyze performance data and collaborate on action plans to address gaps and recognize achievements.
Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams to implement appropriate programs.
Facilitate leadership development initiatives and career progression plans.
Employee Engagement:
Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement actions.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
Promote an inclusive workplace by partnering with leadership to implement DEI initiatives.
Act as a champion for diversity programs and activities.
HR Analytics:
Leverage data to provide insights on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement.

Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a Plus)
Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role for a Pharmaceutical company.
Essential experience in the pharmaceutical sector,
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
