Top multinational company of the Metallurgical Sector located near Bilbao.
The Country HR Manager defines and implements the HR local HR roadmap into actions within his/her scope of responsibility in collaboration with the Country.
He or she ensures the proper application of the legal and regulatory framework and oversees the smooth execution of personnel administration and payroll operations.
Interacts with all local managers and employees internally, employee's representatives & Unions, and with legal and institutional partners externally.
Strong contact with payroll software supplier and local recruiters.
Ensures legal, administrative obligations and payroll are duly executed-
Recruits and retains the best efficient and diverse teams.
Sets local policies to facilitate company's business development.
Sets local training plans to develop and maintain competencies.
Maintains climate and working conditions at the highest standard.
Supports Operations in H&S culture spread.
Develops effective communication and coach the local Management Team.
Provides elements for Group HR Reporting and Budget in accordance with schedules and procedures.
Ensures full management of local HR activity, takes the necessary decisions for the proper functioning of the company in compliance with rules & standards.

Requisitos mínimos
Degree in Law, Psychology or labour relationships.
MBA/Master will be valued.
High level of english.
Full competence of labor, payroll, social security and social regulations.
Used to discuss and negotiate general agreements with the Unions Committee.
Knows how to manage human relations and a team of 2 people.
Team player, excellent communicator with positive spirit.
Capacity to challenge management level, loves interactions and hard worker.
