Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, effective solutions
Collaborate with your team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Requirements
? Native/Fluent in French (C2) and good English (B2+)
Residing anywhere in Portugal with valid EU work rights
All necessary equipment provided
