Leading company in RFID solutions.




* Work with customers to understand their business problems, scope and priorities.
* Analyze customer requirements and determine technical feasibility of solution to be proposed.
* Propose RFID Solutions to meet customers' needs
* Work with the hardware, labels and software teams to create customer proposals/Statement of Work for these solutions.
* Conduct solution workshops with the customers to develop a detailed requirements and implementation roadmap
* Present to the customers and support the sales team in presenting the overall solution, creating demos in demonstrating the solution to the customer and supporting Proof-of-Concepts.
* Define high level integration interfaces and customer's IT systems.
* Provide technical support to sales in responding to RFIs / RFPs.

Requisitos mínimos

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or RFID technical sales.
* Development/deployment experience in Software Company is preferred.
* Strong understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology.
* Experience interfacing with and setting up software and hardware.
* Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
* Knowledgeable about server and network security
* Extensive knowledge of Retail industry required.
* Excellent communicator and presenter in client-facing environments.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
* Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
* Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling.
* Hands-on technical problem solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
* Experience in logistics is desirable.
